Card issuance management

Station management

RFID reader and antenna are installed at each station. When the product with RFID tag enters the RFID station, the reader reads the tag data on the product and transmits the information to the logistics control management system. The system lists the package number, batch number and other information of the goods according to the product information, and displays them on the display screen to prompt the production workers to carry out relevant operations.

Warehouse management

The product is transferred to the warehouse after offline. The RFID channel reader is installed in the warehouse, which automatically collects the data of the products in and out of the warehouse, reflects the inventory situation in real time, and realizes the efficient and real-time management of the products and goods.

RFID technology is used for visual management of production lines, enabling real-time uploading and tracking of enterprise production link data. The production line management scheme combines the characteristics of each RFID electronic label (with "one item and one code").
